Enjoy a day of high-octane, competitive karting action. Don’t worry if you’ve never been on track before, prior to racing you will be kitted out with a race suit, helmet and gloves, and receive a safety and instructional briefing, plus our expert marshals are on hand for any questions or pointers you need.
Founded by Formula 1 racing legend Sir Jackie Stewart, Race Against Dementia is driven to raise money to fund breakthrough and innovative dementia research.
After listening to what our customers want – Individual Racers can now book in.
This means you can race and contribute to Race Against Dementia without needing a team or a minimum of 4 drivers.
After registering at reception, you will be given race suits. You will then be fully briefed, listening carefully for those top tips to help you round the track! Once everybody is good to go it’s off to the trackside to meet your karts and get suited and booted into your gloves and helmet. After staff check that you are okay with your setup you are out onto the track and this is where the fun starts!

This format is made up of 10 minute qualifying and 20 minute racing sessions but we always say to allow between 60 minutes and two hours from arrival for this event type, a little longer for larger groups.
Price for this event is £60 per driver, which is £10 cheaper than the Iron Man Twenty Package and proceeds go directly to charity.

Participants must be 14 years or over.
Larkhall Circuit operates a very strict alcohol and drugs policy. In the interests of safety, neither will be tolerated. If they have any doubt whatsoever about a driver’s ability to drive, or if they suspect that he or she may be under the influence of either drink or drugs, we will not permit that person to drive.
Remember: 12 hours must have elapsed between your last drink and your arrival at Larkhall Circuit
Note: We do not refund/rebook or otherwise waive any fees paid or due in the event that they disqualify a driver for suspicion of behaviour. The race director’s decision is final and non-negotiable. Cameras can be mounted on the vehicles if the driver wishes but they can only be fitted using the mounts provided by Larkhall Circuit. The Circuit does not accept liability for the loss or damage of your personal equipment.
