WSKC Offers Free Club Practice in 2023

We would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year and say ‘thank you’ for your continued support throughout 2022. The 2023 racing season is due to commence in March and is already shaping up to be the most spectacular season to date, with a packed calendar of events that will see reigning champions and rising stars line up on the grid.

We recently revealed that the 2023 calendar is filled to the brim with action-packed racing, as we are running a total of 6 club rounds and are welcoming back some of the UK’s leading national karting championships, including the Wera Tools British Kart Championships and the Ultimate Karting Championship. The season is set to kick off on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th March, with our talented drivers lining up on the grid once again for the first round of the WSKC Club Championship.

Our 2023 race calendar wasn’t the only exciting announcement this month, as we were also delighted to share that Larkhall Circuit and WSKC will be offering FREE PRACTICE for the full year of 2023. During the global pandemic, it became clear to us that being able to attend the track not only massively benefits children’s physical health, but also their mental health – allowing them to channel their energy into something they’re passionate about.

David Moulsdale, owner of Larkhall Circuit, commented: “I was very moved emotionally during the global pandemic, when several parents explained how being able to attend the track helped their children with their mental health issues. This was news to me and I began to think through how we could address this further.”

To offer our support and also encourage more people to visit our wonderful Larkhall Circuit, we have decided to provide access to the track for club practice free of charge in 2023. The only requirement is to become a member for a one-off fee of £100 and for everyone to conduct themselves properly and with respect towards others.

Are you looking to become a member and benefit from FREE practice throughout 2023? You can find more information on memberships and sign up on the WSKC website.
